Engagement Activity
Education officers spoke to over 250 members of the public; discussions focused on vehicle safety, visibility, and keeping vulnerable road users safe during the darker months.
Why It Matters
Most offences identified during the operation could have been easily prevented through proper maintenance, attention, and responsible behaviour. Every Vision Zero day is part of our wider work towards Vision Zero- eliminating deaths and serious injuries from Essex roads by 2040.
Every stop, conversation, and community engagement help drive change in how people think about road safety.
