Have you seen #ChoicesForHumanity online?
The campaign which is based on the popular party game, Cards Against Humanity, has now been running for four weeks and SERP asks Essex residents to show their support.
The Choices For Humanity campaign encourages drivers to make better choices on the county’s roads.
Nicola Foster, chairman of SERP, said: “Last year nearly 900 people were killed or seriously injured on Essex roads last year. This number is simply too high and we must all take responsibility to look out for each other and save lives.
“The last three months has really highlighted the need to protect the vulnerable and this is also relevant on the road. We want this to be in every road users’ mind each time they make a journey.
“We have all seen more cyclists, motorcyclists and pedestrians as public transport is avoided and people are returning to work. Please make the right choice for the road by making safe decisions. Put down that mobile phone, stick to the speed limit and give yourself time and space.
“Please help us spread our messages as widely as possible by following us on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Together, we can all save lives.”
